Also account for stand, pedal, and speaker expectations, because a portable piano can become a substantial setup once accessories are included.

PianoDreamers describes the RHIII action as responsive at quiet dynamics and on fast passages. Piano Buyer also highlights the substantial action retained in the lighter ES920 body. Those accounts support putting it on an audition list, not declaring that it feels like your acoustic piano. Try repeated notes quietly, chords near the backs of the keys and a passage you can already play comfortably; an unfamiliar demonstration piece makes comparison harder.
Piano sound and speakers
The reviewers converge more clearly on the main piano voices than on the extra sounds. PianoDreamers particularly likes the SK-EX presentation but finds several organs and other voices less convincing. Piano Buyer favours the warmth and long decay of the concert-grand sound. For piano-led practice this is encouraging; for a band set built around organs, audition those sounds separately instead of assuming the piano verdict covers them.

The ES920’s physical controls make it worth considering if you dislike operating a piano through a phone.
